Before becoming a Kundalini Yoga teacher, I worked as a spa therapist and manager for prestigious brands like Mandarin Oriental Hotels, Express Hotels, Endota Day Spas, and The Sanctuary Day Spa. I later transitioned into freelance consulting as a day spa designer, working in Wellington, Auckland, and Japan. My passion for detoxification led me to spend five years as a naturopathic nutritionist, integrating holistic wellness into my practice.
Kundalini yoga became the final piece that completed my holistic offerings, uniting mind, body, and spirit.
