Meet Jade Sundari — the woman behind Sundari Rituals

Sundari Rituals was born in 2024 out of a deep recognition: women everywhere are seeking more than surface-level wellness. We’re craving space to soften, rituals that restore, and support that honours the whole of who we are body, mind, cycle, and soul.

I created Sundari Rituals as a response to that need a sanctuary that brings the wisdom of Ayurveda, the science of functional medicine, and the power of energetic and somatic healing directly to you.

With a background that includes training at the International Dermal Institute (Sydney) and advanced studies in Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Naturopathic herbalism, and somatic bodywork, I’ve spent over a decade creating wellness experiences in places like Wellington, Sydney, Auckland, and Japan.
